How to claim reimbursement for mileage driven on behalf of The Sellery

Mileage compensation is tied to the GSA's the Privately Owned Vehicle (POV) Mileage Reimbursement Rates.

As of March 19, 2008, the rate is $0.505 per mile.

Fill out The Sellery's mileage reporting form to claim your reimbursement.

Mileage should be claimed based on the following criteria:

  • mileage can be claimed for a shortest-path trip from a supply shop or donation point to The Sellery.
  • mileage cannot be claimed contributing to a lay-over stop at any non-work-related destination.
