How to deal with a buyer's report of a damaged shipment

If the buyer notifies The Sellery that their item arrived damaged, then the manager should follow these steps:
- If item is damaged and it is apparent that the culprit was poor packing:
- debit the shipper's account for the cost of shipping per the worker shipping policy. This works as:
- a dis-incentive for poor packing habits
- a way of keeping the shop from loosing money due to poor worker performance.
