How to handle Radio One orders

This should only be performed by the office manager.

1. Communicate the sales record number (not the item number) to our contact at Retro 1951. The order number can be found in Selling Manager under the Record # column:
   
   • Since all the radio one sales are from a single multi-item listing, the only way to uniquely identify them is by the sales record number in Selling Manager. See the attached illustration for how to find this number.
2. Our contact at Retro 1951 should reply to your message with the amount they spent on shipping (which is usually a little less than what we charge for shipping.)
3. Communicate the amount that Retro 1951 paid to ship the item to the buyer to the accounts manager so Retro 1951 can be reimbursed for the cost of shipping.
